Too many people?

I've written a new article for spiked to take up the arguments on the Optimum Population Trust website. Essentially, their ideas blame humans for the problems of society today, rather than understanding that our present comparatively comfortable lives and future prosperity depend on more development and even greater human ingenuity.

While population control as a policy is not mainstream, the anxieties expressed on the OPT website most certainly are.
